Gopher Dunes is a one of a kind experience. Boasting an off-road riding park like no other which includes a sprawling campground, pro shop, service department, storage garages and all of the amenities needed to give our guests an all-inclusive experience while off-road riding on their dirt bikes, ATV's and side by sides. Located in Norfolk County, Ontario it is perfectly situated between many major cities while far enough into the country to feel submerced in the experience. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional customer experience in a welcoming, family friendly environment.

**The Opportunity**

The Recreation Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting visitors, riders and team members using amenities, tracks and recreational facilities. This is a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, get to interact with people from all over the country and help us achieve our customer experience goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Greets all guests and team members providing exceptional and professional service.
- Event preparation and coordination, logistics of parking.
- Supervise and monitor all riding areas.
- Assists guests and colleagues with recreation equipment, ensuring proper procedures.
- Explains and monitors safe use of equipment to all guests and colleagues.
- Responds to first aid and emergency situations as required.
- Ensures cleanliness and organization of the recreation areas and ensures that equipment is maintained throughout the day, reporting any and all damage (general up-keep of property)
- Attends any guest complaint to ensure the guests needs are met, dialogue with guests is tracked, and followed-up with leadership.
- Ensures guests have completed the necessary activity waivers.
- Completes all other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Previous guest service or customer service experience in a related field is a strong asset
- Ability to be physically active and outdoors for long periods of time
- standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Organized and able to problem solve as well as escalate when required
- Bondable

**Salary**: From $17.50 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
