**About us**

The Car Girls is a sales driven automotive business & marketing solutions company helping automotive retailers throughout North America with highly effective customer sales and service support.

This position supports automotive dealerships with inbound service appointment calls in our office. This is NOT a work from home position. This is a full-time position in our Aurora Office. We are currently seeking an individual with strong phone skills and customer service abilities to join our BDC department. Previous phone and or dealership/automotive experience (rental car agency, reception, appointment booking) would be helpful, willing to train the right person.

**Skills**:

- Strong phone and customer service skills
- Proficient with computers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aurora, ON L4G 3V9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
