This position supports automotive dealerships with inbound service appointment calls in our office. This is NOT a work from home position. This is a full-time position in our Aurora Office. We are currently seeking an individual with strong phone skills and customer service abilities to join our BDC department.

**Skills**:

- Previous phone and or dealership/automotive experience (rental car agency, reception, appointment booking) would be helpful, willing to train the right person
- Strong phone and customer service skills
- Proficient with computers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Casual dress
- Flexible schedule

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aurora, ON L4G 3V9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
