**Position Overview**: We are seeking recent or upcoming graduates who are dynamic and enthusiastic to join us as a Sales Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals looking for a flexible schedule while still contributing to our company's growth. The Part-Time Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting our products, and driving sales within the allocated hours. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role will be based in the Greater Toronto Area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, interactions, and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Present product information and benefits clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
- Handle inquiries, objections, and concerns with professionalism and the aim of providing satisfactory solutions.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company updates.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring a smooth handoff to any relevant teams.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas within the allocated part-time hours.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to effectively position our offerings.
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to help improve products, services, and sales processes.
- Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, even on a part-time basis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Ability to adapt to new products and industry trends quickly.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote or distributed team.
- Prior experience in retail, direct sales, or telemarketing is a plus.
- Knowledge with cannabis industry and regulations will be considered an asset.

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

- Night Shift (preferred)
