**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Designing digital and print project-related materials including videos, display boards, fact sheets, newsletters, presentations, and graphics.
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include simultaneous projects.
- Assist with the design, production and maintenance of the Hubbell Canada internet and intranet sites.
- Manage the coordination of print media and collateral (from creation through to final print).
- Develop and maintain working relationships with outside printing companies and production creative services.
- Present design ideas/concepts and approve creation and production of all marketing materials.
- Maintain corporate logo and printing standards and ensure all marketing materials and departments adhere to these standards.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Degree from a college or university or College of Arts diploma - Marketing, Graphic Design
- Minimum 3 or more years of experience in a marketing environment in the creation of catalogues, flyers, data sheets, presentations, photography, and video.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software.
- Learning Management System (SCORM) module creation.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
- Ability to work well with a team and as an individual contributor.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal (Bilingual - French/English is an asset).
