**1VALET** is looking for a **DevOps Specialist **to join our team for an 8, 12 or 16 month internship starting in September 2023. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will be a valued member of the Product team. As a tech-savvy DevOps Specialist, your communication and technical skills will be key to your success. You will assist our DevOps team and will be the go-to person for all things IT at 1VALET to improve the productivity of all employees. You will support employees across diverse global locations in every department within the company, both technical and non-technical.

**Working Environment**: Remote work environment, with occasional in-person team meetings (less than 5% of the time).

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to users at basic to complex levels
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer and smartphone components to resolve issues
- Review the operational IT processes and activities and implement improvements
- Provision user accounts, troubleshoot all issues with user subscriptions and accounts
- Ensure that systems are available and secure against cybersecurity threats
- Perform root cause analysis for productions errors
- Automate and improve development and release processes
- Create CI/CD pipelines and build out robust deployment automation
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
- Manage MDM Solution for Mac and Windows environment, iOS and Android devices
- Help desk / level 1 technical support rotation calls

**Experiences, Qualities and Skills**:

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude and team spirit
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- IT support, Help Desk support or System Administration experience
- Good understanding of Windows and MacOS
- Understanding of DevOps practice
- Thorough understanding of software products including Adobe Suite and MS Office
