**NATURE DU TRAVAIL ET RESPONSABILITÉS GÉNÉRALES**:
En collaboration avec l’orthophoniste, l’ergothérapeute, la psychologue et l’enseignant, l’aide en inclusion applique le plan de traitement auprès d’élèves ciblés, prépare le matériel, tient à jour les dossiers et au besoin, assiste aux rencontres organisées par la superviseure en inclusion ou autres. Ce travail peut se faire en salle de classe, en sous-groupe ou individuellement. L’aide en inclusion travaillera dans plusieurs écoles du Conseil scolaire FrancoSud.

**EXIGENCES DU POSTE**:

- Détenir un certificat ou un diplôme d’aide pédagogique d’un établissement d’enseignement postsecondaire reconnu et nécessitant au moins une année d’études postsecondaire ou un diplôme d’études universitaires dans un domaine relié au travail auprès d’enfants ayant des besoins spéciaux;
- Avoir de l’expérience dans la livraison de services en orthophonie, ergothérapie ou au niveau du comportement;
- Pouvoir donner de l’appui au niveau de la technologie d’aide pour les élèves de M à 9;
- Avoir de l’expérience auprès de jeunes enfants; ce travail requiert de l’attention, de la vigilance et de la patience;
- Avoir une facilité à maintenir des contacts réguliers avec les élèves et de créer de bonnes relations de confiance;
- Être prêt à collaborer et appuyer les collègues de travail de façon professionnelle;
- Démontrer de bonnes habiletés de communication;
- Avoir une grande capacité de travailler seule et en petits groupes avec des élèves;
- Être organisé et passionné pour le travail dans un milieu scolaire;
- Démontrer de l’initiative en créant des activités qui répondent aux besoins spécifiques des élèves;
- Avoir une bonne connaissance du français à l’oral et à l’écrit;
- Avoir une connaissance de base de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit;
- Avoir un permis de conduire et pouvoir se déplacer dans les écoles francophones dans le sud de la province;
- Être légalement admissible à travailler au Canada sans restriction concernant le travail auprès des enfants.
