- Sous la supervision de la direction des services pédagogiques, l’accompagnateur aux aide-bibliothécaires est une personne bilingue responsable d’offrir un appui technique centralisé au personnel des écoles, pour l'ensemble des tâches reliées à l'utilisation et à la gestion d’outils de travail:

- Répond aux demandes d’information et d’appui des aide-bibliothécaires;
- Offre des formations aux aide-bibliothécaires, au besoin;
- Prépare, tient à jour et assure la disponibilité de guides d’utilisation, de ressources et de procédures en français;
- Veille à la mise à jour des paramètres des divers systèmes ainsi qu’à leur bon fonctionnement;
- Assure la liaison entre le conseil scolaire et les diverses entreprises offrant les outils de travail qui sont sous sa responsabilité, de même qu’avec _Alberta Education_.
- L’accompagnateur aux aide-bibliothécaires agit à titre de personne-ressource principale et maintient un réseau de collaboration et de partage à leur intention.

**Exigences du poste**:

- Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en technique de bureautique ou l’équivalent. S’il est combiné à une expérience pertinente, un diplôme secondaire pourrait être considéré;
- Posséder de l’expérience en bureautique dans le domaine de l’éducation;
- La maîtrise _et_ la connaissance du logiciel _School Cash_ sont des atouts certains;
- Avoir une bonne connaissance des suites _Microsoft _et _Google;_
- Posséder un intérêt marqué pour le service à la clientèle et le travail d’équipe, ainsi que de fortes aptitudes pour la communication orale et écrite, afin d’être en mesure de donner de la formation, d’expliquer, de rédiger des procédures;
- Savoir faire preuve d'initiative, de curiosité, de créativité et posséder de solides habiletés en résolution de problèmes;
- Savoir s’adapter à un environnement en constante évolution afin de pouvoir prioriser et gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément, tout en respectant des délais, et ce, même sous pression;
- Avoir une attitude positive, dynamique, rassembleuse, responsable et autonome;
- Démontrer une bonne maîtrise du français (oral et écrit) et avoir une très bonne connaissance de l’anglais (oral et écrit).
