**What you'll do**:
As part of the Secure Orbit team you will:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in perimeter security to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of Secure Orbit Inc.'s offerings.
- Identify and engage prospective clients, understanding their perimeter security needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Secure Orbit Inc.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Work closely with the marketing and engineering teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and provide valuable feedback for product improvement.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
**What you’ve done**
- Proven experience in business development, outside sales and account management
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with cold calling and sales outreach.
- Proficiency in using MS Dynamics or other CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Who you are**:
- Proven track record of 3-5 years of successful B2B sales, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or perimeter security sector.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, commerce, or related fields are an asset
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar designations are an asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with perimeter and physical security concepts is a plus.
- Able to travel within USA and Canada

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
