**(ERP) Specialist - Enterprise Resource Planning - Antec Controls**

We’re looking for a passionate and service-focused Systems Designer. If you thrive in digital environments, have a drive for efficiency, and enjoy problem solving, you should consider this opportunity.
- Conceptualization, design, development, implementation, verification, and documentation of configurations, workflows, programs, and scripts.
- Requirements gathering and analysis to validate project feasibility, cost, and effort.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure functionality is maintained for all users.
- Facilitate training for staff on comprehension, navigation, and utilization.
- Responding to inquiries regarding the ERP and the technologies it supports.
- Bridging process gaps with research and proof-of-concept testing to create robust and scalable solutions.
- Staying current with features and capabilities for continuous improvement.
- Monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators.
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A high level of critical thinking and accountability.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization skills, with an eye for detail.
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment to meet timeline-dependent deliverables.
- The ability to take initiative.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, C#, Python, Crystal Reports and RDBMS.
- Experience with Version Control Systems.
- Experience in test development & execution, test log analysis, and test reporting.
- The following experience would be considered an asset in the role:

- IFS Applications 10 including Data Migration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Shipment Management, Operational Reporting, or Lobby Designer.
- Certifications in IFS Applications.
- Familiarity with discrete manufacturing environments.
- An understanding of data governance.
- A basic understanding of HVAC, controls, and mechanical systems.
