**About the role**:
Clutch is looking for a **Vehicle Buyer** to join our **Marketplace Supply team** In this position, you will be working closely with the team to grow and scale our inventory across Canada by implementing cost and pricing frameworks and enhancing purchasing decisions. This role will allow you to help drive the business forward using your detail-oriented skills, out-of-the-box thinking, get-stuff-done mentality, and commitment to winning.
**What you'll do**:
- Evaluate inbound and outbound vehicle appraisals across multiple markets
- Implement cost and pricing for acquired retail and wholesale units
- Review carfax reports, providing accurate adjustments based on history
- Determine damage costs in real time to support our outbound teams
- Create run lists to purchase from multiple auction sources
- Assist with projects to organize and clean vehicle data for our internal database
- Effectively coordinate and collaborate cross-functionally
**We're looking for**:
- 1-2 years of experience in automotive appraisal or related fields
- Strong passion for cars is preferred
- Flexible schedule, must be able to work **weekends** and** **late shifts (9am-5pm /12pm-8pm)
- High attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excited to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google Sheets
- Must be comfortable working **on-site** at our **Etobicoke** facility
