**The Opportunity**

As a Business Analyst at VoPay, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and operational efficiency. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and clients, to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving data-driven decision making.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives, features, and enhancements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and use cases to facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support informed decision making.
- Define and document key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of projects, and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to payment processing and financial technology.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the financial technology or payments industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management frameworks.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools, data visualization tools, and project management software.
- Knowledge of payment processing systems, APIs, and financial industry regulations is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
