Controller/office Manager

As the Controller/Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse range of financial and administrative tasks across operational and non-operational entities. Your primary duties will include:
Preparation of monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations.
Handling GST remittances, corporate, and provincial tax remittances as well as WCB annual reporting and quarterly remittances.
Managing various intercompany transactions and ensuring balance
Handling payroll processing for approximately 50 employees across three operational companies using Ceridian.
Managing payables for operational and non-operational companies
Daily cash balancing and reporting for three operational companies.
Handling bank deposits
Assigning and overseeing specific bookkeeping functions as outlined above.

Must speak fluent English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
