The Associate Producer is a ROCK STAR that understands what it takes to deliver beyond expectations, all of the time and is a KEY MEMBER of the Production Team - ensuring exceptional delivery of the day to day requirements of the program, achieving and reporting program KPIs, while wearing multiple hats to troubleshoot
challenges as they present.

**WHAT YOU DO**:

- Work alongside Agency departments to support the program development (ie - Creative, Talent, Accounts)
- Managing, developing, organizing and delivering multiple XM activations
- Manage schedules for Brand Ambassadors (scheduling, approving payroll/expenses) when required
- Build and maintain overall program schedules by calling required locations across Canada
- 70% + of day will be dedicated to schedule building while on the phone
- Logistical planning and duties
- Packing, shipping of assets
- Arrangement of local storage in each market as required
- Booking of vehicles market by market
- Routing of vehicle delivery schedules, in multiple markets across Canada

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably with a background in Advertising/Integrated Marketing/Experiential Agency environment
- Able to lift 50-75 lbs
- G Drivers license, clean driving record
- Access to a vehicle and able to commute to warehouse 3-4 times a week
- This role does require weekend work and/or off-standard hours based on program execution, long hours required
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in execution of marketing, digital, live events and communications related activities
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, management and organizational skills
- Understanding of Canadian geography & logistics
- Clarity in written and verbal communication in a professional manner
- Extremely detail oriented, logical, work-oriented and analytical
- Ability to actively listen, ensure understanding, adaptability
- Comfortable with making phone calls consistently throughout the day, maintaining clear, professional, and friendly communication.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment while remaining highly motivated
- Bilingual English / French (written and spoken) considered a strong asset
