Our scope ranges from recommending how to use content more effectively to optimizing daily media channel performance and maximizing visibility in eCommerce platforms.
- Actively manage day-to-day production on integrated campaigns and resourcing of studio team
- Work alongside producers, creative, media and Account teams
- Clearly communicate all needs from Account teams to the studio team
- Communicate daily with internal teams to track and maintain deliverables
- Develop and maintain timelines and budgets
- Timely spreadsheet-based reporting to the Operations Manager
- Traffic and manage on-spec asset delivery to internal teams and vendors
- Develop and foster strong relationships with internal team members, vendors and freelancers
- Contribute to the studio culture through innovation and thought leadership

**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years in a production or project management role
- Must have a strong background in managing digital ad campaigns
- Experience with print, video and/or XM production is considered an asset
- Auto and/or retail advertising experience is considered an asset
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment; adapts quickly against shifting objectives, priorities and/or budgets while minimizing impact on project momentum
- Strong analytical skills, ability to relate results to client business objectives
- Balanced ability to analyze creative challenges
- Skillful approach to vendor negotiation
- A positive, calm and organized approach to problem-solving in tandem with team members
