LandArt is a high-end residential construction business located in the heart of wine country in Beamsville, ON. We service the Golden Horseshoe area, working anywhere from Burlington to Hamilton to Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Summary: The **Sales Representative** will work closely with our current client base to understand their needs and properties, and proactively suggest solutions that solve their problems. Services will include landscape maintenance, lighting, irrigation, plantings, cleaning services, general repairs, and renovation services.

Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, five days per week, increased/decreased as needed

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Duties:

- Sell, schedule and quote maintenance and enhancements to past and current clients and inform them about additional service offerings
- Manage inside sales projects
- Perform quality walkthroughs for maintenance and warranty projects
- Handle sales administration for construction and maintenance sales
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing construction clientele
- Manage client communication
- Innovate and introduce new service offerings
- Manage billings and payments
- Manage clients’ needs and expectations
- Collaborate with the sales manager to identify areas for improvement and enhance client experience
- Clearly articulate the benefits of LandArt’s products and services

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets
- Strong tonality and outgoing personality
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience in the green or renovation industry is a benefit but not a requirement
- Capable of using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Speak, read, and write English

Key Results Areas:

- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Develop and implement successful service offerings and programs
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Achieve profitability targets for sales closed

Compensation
- $22 - $32 per hour, depending on experience

**Salary**: $22.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
