Position: Full-Time

Reports to: The Director of Sales

**Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Managing group/corporate/leisure accounts to maximize business potential by developing long term relationships
- Timely follow up on all incoming sales leads
- Negotiating successfully contracts and ensuring all administrative and coordination aspects of the sale are well executed
- Ensuring sales collateral is kept up to date
- Consistently managing and optimizing the sales pipeline while providing accurate reporting and forecasting
- Researching and analyzing market trends
- Billing AR accounts and maintain AR up-to-date
- Process payment for all sales accounts accordingly and timely
- Process and report monthly statements for all sales accounts
- Be present at the hotel when needed for meet and greet with clients
- Maintain AV and meeting space equipment
- Maintain fluid communication with the house keeping and F&B department to ensure guest/ events satisfaction
- Performing guest/events satisfaction
- Preparation of pre-and-post events to guarantee guest satisfaction
- Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Sales
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event, addressing any issues or inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with the catering team to maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Assist with setup and breakdown of catering events as needed
