**The job involves**:
Preparing food and drink items in a timely manner while working in a fast paced, high volume environment
Maintaining a clean, organized and stocked bar section
Greeting guests approaching concession stands and bars in a polite and professional manner
Collecting payments using cash register for credit/debit and manual cash transactions
Following proper sanitation guidelines and assist with set up/tear down of the concession stand and bars
Strong knowledge of available products including prices
Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

Previous customer service experience in a fast paced environment considered an asset
Smart Serve certification
Basic mathematical skills, balancing, additions and calculations
Strong attention to detail
Previous cash handling experience is preferred
