We’re Canadian Mattress, a family run business and leading mattress brand proudly serving Calgary. Now our family is growing and we’re seeking a seasoned sales professional with a passion for leading and a relentless drive to achieve as our new **Assistant Sales Manger**.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Stay informed about our mattress products, features, and benefits to effectively guide the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
- Post secondary education in related field or relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel.

**Working with Canadian Mattress**

This is a full-time, permanent position with eligibility for bonus compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, and employee discounts. Monday to Friday with weekend availability. You’ll be primarily working out of our Calgary location with occasional travel for events.
