**Full-Time Downtown Condo Property Manager**

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Property Manager for our prestigious downtown condo community. **Responsibilities**:

- Tenant Relations: Foster positive tenant relationships, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
- Leasing and Marketing: Collaborate with the leasing team to attract new tenants, conduct property tours, and manage lease agreements.
- Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring the property is well-maintained and adheres to safety standards.
- Financial Management: Manage property budgets, handle rent collection, and track expenses, ensuring the property's financial health.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality services.
- Community Engagement: Plan and organize resident events to foster a sense of community and enhance the resident experience.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on local property management regulations and ensure the property complies with all relevant laws.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management regarding property performance, occupancy rates, and financials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of property management experience, preferably in a condominium setting.
- Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective tenant and team interactions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organization and multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of property operations.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the property is well-maintained and tenants' needs are met.
- Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address tenant issues and property-related challenges.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Certifications: Relevant property management certifications/licenses preferred.
