We are recruiting for an established Management Company seeking a licensed Condo Manager to join their Calgary team.  As the Condo Manager, you will ensure the smooth functioning of all aspects of the property and HOA including facilities management, resident relations, financial management, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the condominium community, ensuring the upkeep of maintenance, repairs, and landscaping.
  • Manage the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of common areas, amenities, and facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for necessary repairs, renovations, and projects.
  • Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, fostering positive resident relationships.
  • Enforce community rules and regulations to promote a harmonious living environment.
  • Develop and implement budgets, financial plans, and reserve funds to maintain financial stability.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and improvement opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in meetings with the condo board, residents, and stakeholders to discuss issues and proposals.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices for effective management.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a RECA Condominium Manager License, with the requirement to provide the name under which the license is registered.
  • Experience of 3-6 years in residential property management.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and access to a dependable vehicle.
  • Ability to adapt, with proficient multitasking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Commitment to professional appearance.
  • Strong diplomatic skills, including adept negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management abilities.
