- An exceptional onboarding process where you will be taught the "Integrated Assessment" created by our Co-owner Dr. Paj as well as additional tools & rehab protocols to set you up for success.
- Ongoing education via Guest Speakers (Concussion Experts, S&C Seminars etc) & Case Studies with fellow Trainers, Physios & Chiros
- A team based approach to providing the full spectrum of rehab to our patients
- An inclusive & positive work environment

**Trainer Responsibilities**:

- Program Strength & Conditioning workouts for personal training clientele
- Perform the IA/Movement Screen with PT Clients and rehab patients
- Collaborate on rehab programming with our physiotherapists/chiropractors
- Educate & lead patients though their rehab exercises
- Chart all rehab programs using our Jane Software

**Qualifications**:

- Personal Training Certification (up to date)
- CPR & First Aid (must be up to date and maintained)
- Programming and periodization proficiency is an asset
- Previous rehab assistant or personal training experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $29.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- personal training: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Certified Personal Trainer (preferred)
