Reporting to the Regional Supervisor, Payroll. The incumbent will assist in the day-to-day operation of the Payroll Service and preparation of timely, accurate and complete payroll payments.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Level 1 of the CPA Certificate Program or the equivalent in related experience in a complex payroll environment required.
- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding of Source Deduction analysis and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of HOOPP preferred.
- Excellent Keyboarding skills required.
- Basic knowledge of general accounting principles.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, time sensitive environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Flexible, self-directed and able to work effectively with mínimal supervision.
- Evidence of effective organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Consistent and regular attendance required.
- Flexible in work schedule

- Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) will be considered an asset.
