**Location**: Within the GTA, currently working hybrid

**Status**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn - Actively participate and complete the Fit4Adastra program, a comprehensive training program curated by Adastrans, for Adastrans - designed to give Nova Consultants insight into the latest technologies, methodologies, and best practices
- Expand - While you work in hands-on technical roles, explore available opportunity to stretch and expand your knowledge by taking on other roles and responsibilities
- Share - You are encouraged to share your knowledge and experience with other Novas on an ongoing basis, sharing ideas, experiences and developing your communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Diversify - As you move from one project to the next, unleash your full potential by gaining experience in of technologies, collaborating with multiple practices, and making your mark in different industries
- Grow - Experiment with different areas of the business and develop a broader knowledge base and skillset for sustainable growth
- Thrive - Completing the Fit4Adastra program and accumulating two years of Adastra experience provides you with a solid foundation for dynamic growth, and the versatility to thrive as a well-rounded Information Technology Consultant

**Requirements, Qualifications and Background**:

- 0-2 years experiences with a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar/equivalent background
- Proficiency with database development using SQL or similar languages
- IT development background
- Previous experience in data management (date quality, data governance, master data management, reference data management, etc.) would be an asset
