**Your Role**:
This position will assist in the operation, oversight and governance of the STS risk management program. The individual will partner with stakeholders across all STS teams globally to define, operate and continuously improve the program in meeting STS objectives while ensuring alignment with the larger enterprise risk objectives.

**What you would be repsonsible for**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of risk management program methodology, framework, processes, and governance, risk and compliance (GRC) technologies
- Execute risk reporting including Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), metrics, and dashboards to capture the state of STS risk management efforts for management and stakeholders
- Contributor in the continuous improvement of risk management capabilities across STS business functions
- Assist in the development and execution of training on STS risk management services to stakeholders
- Champion and execute knowledge management efforts for risk-related functions within the STS organization
- Assist the team in its efforts to champion alignment of risk management activities between STS business functions and Legal, Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management (LCAR)
- Proactively respond to risk related inquiries and requests from STS business units demonstrating:

- A solid understanding of risk policy, procedures and data
- Sufficient knowledge of the STS business units while building areas of specific knowledge and expertise over time
- Aptitude, knowledge and willingness to engage with STS business units to provide risk related guidance and insights (i.e., “risk advisory services”)

**Experience you bring**:

- An undergraduate degree in Risk Management, Finance, Information Systems or related degrees; advanced degree/graduate level studies beneficial
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience within any of the following:

- operations management, operational risk, technology risk, cyber risk, compliance, corporate governance, regulation, external/internal audit, and/or asset management industry experience
- Experience working with a diverse group of stakeholders and employees at all levels of the organization
- Good understanding of the asset management industry and how the business operates
- Strong technology skills including use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Familiarity with data analytics and SQL preferred
- Working experience with GRC tools (BWise, Archer RSA, MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC is preferred) to automate risk management processes and reporting
- Working experience in policy and compliance management
- Working experience in process improvement and re-engineering, business requirements gathering and process flowcharts
- Working experience in presenting and/or delivering training to technical and non-technical professionals across domains / levels
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Strong project management and organizational skills

The salary range for this position in Charlottetown is $50,000 to $60,000/year.
The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location.
