**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in proofreading and editing documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital, using Google Suite and QuickBooks.
- Manage clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and coordinating meetings.
- Utilize DocuSign for document signing processes and ensure timely completion of paperwork.
- Support team members with various projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment.
