Edmonton, Canada Trucklife Fleet Services Ltd. Full time

DUTIES
- Responsible for daily parts processing of orders, receiving and shipping.
- Provide a high level of service to internal staff and external customers
- Answer phone calls in a timely and appropriate manner to provide sale, price quote, and other information
- Establish and maintain good customer relations through professionalism and conduct
- Locate and/or acquire items as required from stock, other locations, or suppliers.
- Memory requirement for product codes and placement within the warehouse
- Responsible for cores, warranties and new part returns as per department policies and procedures with the support of the department manager
- Operate non-powered material handling equipment (dollies, pallet jacks, etc.) and powered equipment (forklift)
- Handling of stock items that may include lifting or carrying of items up to 60 lbs.
- Manage inventory control (cycle counts, excess returns, emergency/critical orders, obsolescence)
- Ensure all areas of the department are clean, organized, and safe
- Cultivate a continuous improvement culture
- Monitor parts sales (open orders, estimates, concessions, and contracts)
- Be available to work a Saturday shift and be on-call after hours.
- Maintain a professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) will be worn when required.
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of Parts Technician journeyman certificate an asset.
- 2 years of previous heavy duty parts experience required.
- Class 5 Drivers License
- Valid Forklift Certification
- CSA approved safety toed shoes required from the first day of this job. (Yearly safety shoe allowance)
- Basic computer skills (Windows, Google Chrome, and Outlook)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail
- Must be sales driven, organized, and self-motivated
- Capable of recognizing parts numbers
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate department demands
- Ability to work independently and as a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour
