As a **Parts Technician** for **Koch Ford Lincoln** in Edmonton, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing superior customer experience maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. The successful applicant must demonstrate the ability to develop a collaborative working environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting our Service and Sales departments to ensure parts requests are met and recommends related parts that are or may be needed
- Applies retail techniques to sell and display parts and accessories; unpacks shipments and maintains displays
- Assists in receiving and stocking parts orders
- Assists the Parts Manager in placing parts orders for the dealership
- Recording and monitoring all back orders
- Assists in updating parts catalogues
- Uses computer to monitor and investigate parts disbursed per repair order
- Maintains tight control over parts inventory to increase efficiency and eliminate customer delays
- General housekeeping
- Follow up calls with clients and customers
- Handling cash, debit and credit card payments
- Creating and submitting the daily deposits from Parts

**Required Qualifications**
- 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service environment
- Ford Dealership experience
- Journeyman Parts Technician certification
- Experience with PBS software would be an asset
- Forklift certification would also be considered an asset.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of our business
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

**Salary**: $3,500.00-$5,000.00 per month

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T6H 5W5: Relocate before starting work (required)
