**Position Overview**:
As the** Director, Communications, Automotive Dealers,** you will play a pivotal role in driving the future of automotive customer engagement and success. Working with one of our Automotive clients on a global scale, you will oversee all program-related communications including the development and implementation of a communications strategy, including planning and execution of a diverse range of communications tactics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee communication initiatives from initial brief through implementation and delivery, ensuring cohesive alignment with portfolio programs and comprehension of market/regional intricacies.
- Engage in collaborative efforts with various internal and external stakeholders situated in diverse markets (North America, Europe, United Kingdom) to discern client business objectives and oversee the development of impactful communication strategies and campaigns ensuring the content is grounded in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for target audiences.
- Conceptualize and guide strategic communication endeavors, steering the planning process while comprehending the scope of portfolios and programs and how communication can enhance audience engagement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the client organization and the global automotive landscape, extracting insights and trends to integrate appropriately into all Business-to-Business (B2B) communication channels.
- Manage the execution of the communication plan across multiple global markets, overseeing the communication life cycle, measurement requirements, and operational feasibility to attain program objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of communication professionals.
- Assist in resource allocation, delegation, and management of both direct and indirect project teams.
- Maintain accountability for portfolio communication workstream deliverables, including program budgets, and monitor ongoing budget expenditure and financial deadlines.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 8-10 years' progressive experience within a project-driven, client-focused environment, ideally in increasingly senior roles within the automotive industry.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record in crafting, overseeing, and executing diverse B2B communication campaigns, strategies, and tactics, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Possess a marketing-oriented, client-centric business perspective, integrating strategic insights with hands-on implementation.
- Extensive experience in channel communications planning and management.
- Adept at working independently and collaboratively.
- Outstanding communication skills, including exceptional writing abilities, strong organizational capabilities, and adept interpersonal aptitude.
- Demonstrated proficiency in cultivating strong relationships and fostering collaboration within internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders alike.
