The DevOps Program Manager will coordinate and support the activities of DevOps and Operations Team. This individual will act as the contact point, collaborating across our DevOps & Operations, Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Support teams.

What You'll Do:

- Responsible for the project delivery stream for multiple SaaS and on-premise DevOps

and Operations teams.
- Work in partnership with the Team Manger to manage, influence and report on

project status, staff utilisation, Sprint health and other metrics and initiatives as

required. Work with key stakeholders to set expectations and set and communicate

priorities.
- Responsible for the development of quarter and year-long roadmaps.
- Develops a strong understanding of the supported products and services.
- Assist with the creation of technical project plans (stakeholders, timelines, milestones,

risk, and scope) in collaboration with the Technical Team Manager and oversees their

execution.
- Assist with the adoption of company Agile standards. Train functional staff on Agile

principles and best practices.
- Ensure all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning and reviews, daily stand-ups,

retrospectives, backlog grooming) are executed to a high standard via training and

development of team members and Managers. Perform the role of Scrummaster as

required.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Operations, Product, Engineering, Architecture and

Support to ensure alignment of strategy, resources, and priorities.
- Develops a strong understanding of team level workflows. Responsible for

implementing process change across teams What You'll Bring:

- Proven experience working in a Project or Program Management role in an

enterprise technical environment
- Strong understanding of Agile Principles and project management methodologies
- Strong critical thinking, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates sound, independent judgement
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal

supervision
- CSM or equivalent
- A background in Operations, Infrastructure, Engineering and/or DevOps is highly

valued
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones
