Platform Reliability and DevOps Engineer

At Fullscript, we're committed to making optimal care easy for everyone. Our care delivery platform enables health practitioners to design personalized health plans, provide support and education tools, and effortlessly prescribe and manage the use of healthcare's best supplements. We're looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team on the Site Reliability and DevOps division.

We're responsible for all aspects of both software delivery and technical operations. This includes writing developer tooling, building new infrastructure, monitoring the platform health, and incident response. We strive to provide top-quality service and support to our external and internal customers while exploring new technologies and leveraging them to improve our platform.

As a DevOps Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing a world-class developer experience that is consistent, secure, and scalable. You'll build a speedy code delivery pipeline from MacBook to production that empowers the team and supports best practices around testing, security, data migrations. You'll also be part of the decision-making team selecting what services and software we build around. Additionally, you'll help scale out our operations infrastructure in a secure and reproducible way.

We're looking for someone with a passion for the craft of engineering. You should have software development experience in Golang, Ruby, and/or JS. You should also have experience with infrastructure-as-code tools and public cloud providers, such as Terraform and AWS. CI/CD pipelines and tools, like GitLab and GitHub Actions, are also a must. Bonus points if you have experience with Containers & Container Orchestration, Ruby on Rails and Javascript applications, database technologies, and Linux / Unix systems management.
