About the Role

CMHC is seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join its Technology Solutions Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for multiple projects teams/ projects ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.
  • Create and manage development, staging, and production environments ensuring consistency and alignment with project requirements.
  • Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and version control using Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Implement security checks, collaborate with security team and developers to address vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for DevOps processes, procedures, and infrastructures configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate software development process and streamline workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience programming, developing, and implementing business applications.
  • Strong expertise in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven experience as an Azure DevOps engineer or similar role.
  • Familiarity with source control systems and branching strategies.
  • Experience with containerization technologies.
