**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Funding/Grant Management**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for funding proposals.
- Manage post-award reporting, ensuring proper allocation and usage of funds.

**Bookkeeping and Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
- Track incoming and outgoing inventory
- Coordinate with vendors
- Conduct regular inventory audits

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related financial role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Zoho, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
