Dental Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Primary Task: Make outbound calls to patients to schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling to optimize clinic operations.
- Follow up with patients regarding upcoming appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling as needed.
- Assist at the reception desk when necessary, including checking in/checking out patients and processing payments.
- Provide support in sterilization and maintaining steri areas when required.
- Handle administrative tasks, including patient record management, intake forms, and insurance information.
**Qualifications**:
- Call center or phone-based customer service experience is a strong asset.
- Prior experience in a dental or medical office is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of Dentrix or similar dental software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities and willingness to assist in different areas of the clinic as needed.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Additional pay:
