This is a hybrid role with a minimum 2 days working at the office location.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Data Management**:
o As the leader of Product data & customer syndication, the role will own the roadmap of how SureWerx continues to grow and leverage their data, working across basic product & marketing data. The right leader will always be looking around corners to determine what is next and how we can continue to be best in class around our product data.

o Building out acquisition PIM programs for new brands and companies within SureWerx will be a top priority.

o Oversee the collection, validation, and enrichment of product data, including specifications, descriptions, images, and other digital assets.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to gather and update product information.

o On-going management of PIM functionality to support websites, expand capabilities and improve customer experience. Forward think approach of how to leverage new attributes and data to raise the bar on website experience (configurators, customization, etc).

**Customer Syndication**:
o Manage and optimize the syndication of product data to customers, ensuring data is tailored to meet the specific requirements of various channels and partners.

o Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors to understand their data needs and preferences.

**Data Quality & Compliance**:
o Implement data governance best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.

o Conduct regular audits of product data and content, identifying and resolving discrepancies.

**Reporting & Analytics**:
o Generate and present regular reports on product data quality, syndication performance, and other key metrics to senior management.

o Use data analytics tools to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making.

**Qualifications**:
o 5+ years of experience in product data management, PIM systems, or related roles, preferably in the Manufacturing, Industrial, MRO, or Safety

o Proficiency with PIM systems, data syndication tools, and data analytics software. InRiver expereince preferred.

o Strong understanding of data governance, data quality principles, and industry compliance standards.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

o Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Experience working with large datasets and complex product catalogs.
