Working alongside the Production Finance and Production teams, you will focus on updating and maintaining financial labor and non-labor files, ad hoc projects, production-related analytics, and reporting/dashboarding to relay such analysis to senior management.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain financial labor and non-labor files, which are key inputs into production finance reports
- Assist with creating production finance data warehousing, workflows and creation of new reporting and dashboarding capabilities
- Collaborate with production data teams to feed financial data to production-focused reports and dashboards; and to collect production data to feed production data to finance-focused reports and dashboards
- Aggregate financial bidding data and final project cost reporting data in order to prepare financial insights & analytics to measure future bids and in-production projects against
- Assist cross-functional teams with creating dashboards and reports that incorporate production finance data, such as revenue & capacity planning and forecasting, resource evaluation & planning, etc.
- Create and maintain dashboards in PowerBI, Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Become a technical expert on Excel and Google Sheet templates and tools and assist cross-functional teams with learning these workflows and troubleshooting issues
- Ad hoc projects and additional duties may be assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Data analytics experience, including strong familiarity with data visualization tools
- Finance or accounting degree or experience strongly preferred
- Advanced spreadsheet skills
- Superior analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
