**Department Overview**

The Colleague Engagement and Support team's mandate is to develop, lead and execute strategies and solutions that positively impact the colleague experience and deepen colleague engagement, while ensuring alignment to our business objectives.
- Your super-power as the owner to lead out on initiatives to ensure timely delivery and key messaging for Operations and Senior Leadership Teams. You will use your creativity to build out and design the business case and strategy, providing recommendations for awareness and facilitate Leadership discussions and decision making.
- You are an experienced, talented and versatile storyteller who can rise to any challenge and quickly adapt to changes on the fly
- You enjoy wearing many hats: a program coordinator/communicator, a trouble-shooter, and a doer (execution lead), who both receives and gives direction well, and who cares deeply about fostering an inclusive environment.
- You can hit (deliver on) deadlines. in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You are a self-starter who owns your projects but loves to collaborate. You look at programs and communications - and think there is a better way of doing "that" and lead that vision to execution

**Key Accountabilities**
- Take a leadership role on the Colleague Enablement team for programs and events Be Proactive to manage program calendar and timing for OPS Colleagues and Leaders calendar view
- Lead customization of CPB and COO led programs and initiatives to make meaning for Operations colleagues understanding the uniqueness of the business with a focus on delivering an equal level of experience to all Colleagues
- Understand the Operations business enough to implement tactics to write engaging, succinct, and directional communications to support programs and events to inform, engage or drive outcomes.
- Exercise innovation in your thinking working with the Creative Specialist to promote participation, excitement and engagement
- Build out yearly events / program schedule and roadmap and approach for Executive Leaders awareness, input and decision making
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the Operations Business

**Job Requirements**
- Experience in creating Executive level one pagers to tell the story, facilitate discussions and secure decisions to move to execution stage
- A proven track record of executing high-quality work at a project or program or business level
- The ability and confidence to effectively liaise with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in any of the following areas: Communications, Change Management, or Colleague Experience.
- Proven skills and abilities in the following areas **are a must**:

- Previous People Management experience

Knowledge and/or experience in program management is an asset
- Experience in Retail Banking as well as Corporate Office is an asset
- Superior knowledge of MS Teams, WebEx Meetings/Events, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong problem solving, negotiation and decision-making skills
- Ability to develop, maintain and build positive relationships with partners while demonstrating tact and diplomacy to impact and influence at all levels of the organization
- High degree of professionalism to be able to interact with senior executives
- Ability to remain resilient during high stress situations
