**About Us**

Community Sports Partners is one of Ontario’s largest providers of recreational sports to youth and adult participants. Founded in soccer, the Company later expanded to volleyball and is currently considering future growth opportunities in other sports such as Basketball. The Company operates primarily out of Mississauga but may consider additional GTA expansion in the coming years. The organization aims to provide a high-quality, well-managed product while striving toward a fun-first environment.

**Your Opportunity**

As the Adult League Coordinator - Gym Sports (Volleyball and Basketball) you will be responsible for the successful operation of the adult leagues. Our growing adult leagues require a dedicated and organized individual to coordinate, supervise and manage all aspects of the league planning and delivery in order to deliver high quality, safe, inclusive and fun-first sport experience. The Adult League Coordinator - Gym Sports (Volleyball and Basketball) must be very adept at communications and conflict resolution with team captains and will be responsible for the league and referee schedules, assist with promotions and program registration, and develop and implement sport rules, policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage team registrations - including recruiting teams and organizations to join adult leagues.
- Oversee league activity - develop and distribute game and referee schedules, resolve disputes between teams and enforce league rules.
- Recommend website updates and deliver team communications including through web, text/sms and other means as appropriate
- Provide excellent customer service and game experience for players/ teams.
- Recruit, Hire and train referees to deliver high quality sport experience.
- Act as primary support for referees and maintain regular league presence to evaluate league, staff, team and participant performance.
- Maintain equipment inventory.
- General administration including payroll reports, incident/ accident reporting, league reporting, maintenance of records of facilities and personnel.
- Oversee league operations and ensure consistent growth.
- Evenings and weekends as required/ based on league operations.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Essential Qualifications (Must Haves)**
- Must have experience in conflict resolution and working in fast-paced environments.
- Must be comfortable dealing with conflict (red cards, team altercations, etc.)
- Must have knowledge of Volleyball sport rules & regulations. Must be comfortable with understanding of Basketball.

**Assets**
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role; working cooperatively in a team-setting
- Prior experience managing teams, leagues or programs considered a strong asset
- Referee certification not required, but an asset.
- Passion for sport and building inclusive sport
- Extensive knowledge of sport programming operations
- Proven organizational, communication and management abilities
- First aid considered an asset
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Strong communication skills

**Hours of work**
- Evening availability is a must
- 40 hours per week
