**The Responsibilities**
As a Delivery Specialist, you will:
- **Manage Deliveries**: Efficiently complete pick-up and delivery assignments according to daily dispatch.
**- Collaborate with Dispatch**: Work closely with the dispatch team, following their experienced guidance and instructions to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
**- Customer Service**: Provide excellent service, ensuring all customer queries and concerns regarding their deliveries are addressed promptly.
**- Vehicle Maintenance**: Keep your delivery vehicle in excellent operational condition, adhering to safety regulations.
**- Route Planning**: Use advanced route planning tools to ensure the most efficient routes for delivery.
**- Documentation**: Accurately maintain records of deliveries, including times and signatures, using both manual and digital systems.
**- Compliance**: Adhere to all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
**- Continuous Improvement**: Seek opportunities to improve delivery processes and customer satisfaction.
**The Skills & Experience**
**- Proven Experience**: 1+ years in a delivery role, with a strong preference for those who have experience within the Lower Mainland.
**- Customer-Focused**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
**- Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
**-Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with the dispatch team to ensure seamless communication and efficient route management.
**- Reliability**: High degree of dependability and a strong work ethic.
**- Fast Learner**: Quickly grasps new concepts and skills.
**- Safety and Efficiency**: Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and operational efficiency.

**- Physical Stamina**: Ability to handle physical requirements of the job including handling packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $3,300.00-$4,500.00 per month
