The National Home & Auto Field Specialist is responsible for credit union/broker management, business development, client relationship building and sales revenue nationally for Home, Auto and travel insurance business. The role identifies areas of growth, works on product development with product development teams and develops and administers targeted marketing materials. This position supports the execution of marketing and business plans, and provides training to credit union/brokers to support growth and profitability.

**How you will create impact**:

- Manage annual sales and marketing plan/budget for approval by Manager, Home, Auto and Travel Insurance.
- Liaise with other Product Development, Marketing and Communication teams to explore cross sell opportunities.
- Account management responsibilities for CUMIS Travel Insurance program, which includes input of marketing material development, credit union communications, front line staff training, identifying sales opportunities, securing new accounts and complaint management.
- Responsible for stock and distribution of Home, Auto and Travel promo materials, as well as general marketing awareness materials.
- Maintain regular communication with credit unions/brokers to foster relationships through visitations, conference calls, event sponsorship, staff orientation sessions, webinar training, etc.
- Accountable for the development and execution of individual credit union marketing plans.
- Ensure prompt resolution of credit union and broker concerns and complaints to appropriate functional areas and communicate resolution to credit unions/members/broker.

**To join our team**:

- Completion of post-secondary education in Business with 5 years of experience in the personal lines insurance industry.
- Business development/marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of insurance principles and practices.
