Edmonton, Canada GENAX METAL MANUFACTURING Full time

We are **GENAX METAL**, a leading manufacturing enterprise in Canada specializing in machinery. With over **5 years** in the market, we take pride in our quality, innovation, and commitment to excellence. Due to the expansion of our production capacities and increasing data volumes, we are inviting a Data Entry Clerk to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter, update, and manage data in manufacturing systems and databases.
- Process and organize information related to production processes, orders, and inventory.
- Maintain the accuracy and currency of data, checking for errors and inconsistencies.
- Prepare reports and analytical data for management and other departments.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and administrative departments to ensure effective information exchange.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of entered data.
- Participate in optimizing data entry and processing procedures to enhance work efficiency.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Secondary vocational or higher education, preferably in the field of Information Technology, Economics, or Management.
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of office programs (e.g., MS Office, especially Excel).
- Knowledge of specialized data management software is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage time.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in English at a level sufficient to perform job duties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $23.60 per hour
