**Key responsibilities are**:

- Being solution provider to our clients which can range from Health Professionals to an average customer
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Fitting and supplying orthopedic braces and other sports medicine products
- Helping our clinical retail store run effectively and efficiently
- Providing administrative support to our Pedorthists, Clinicians and other staff
- Have completed or working a Kinesiology degree or equivalent
- Be a team player
- Have advanced communication and people skills
- Be organized and work well in a busy environment, ability to multi-task
- Customer Service experience required
- Clinical and/or related experience is an asset
