In collaboration with clinical educators, you will assist in providing department-specific training opportunities for volunteers, adhering to best practices and implement processes and procedures as per the department. Working with the staff team, you will ensure the determined outcomes for the volunteer program are met and support a patient-and family-centred model as you develop volunteer programs, ensuring client needs, concerns and issues are seamlessly addressed in a timely and professional manner.
