**Job Title**: Sales Agent (3-Month Contract)

**Company**: NOLIMIT Supply - Cannabis Packaging Solutions

**Location**: In-House, Vancouver, Canada

**Contract Length**: 3 months

**Wage**: 5% commission on sales + $2,680 base pay ($134/day)

**Hours**: 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 9-5)

NOLIMIT is a leading provider of innovative packaging solutions for the cannabis industry in Canada. We specialize in offering custom, sustainable packaging options designed to meet the unique needs of Licensed Producers (LPs) across the country. With a commitment to quality and client satisfaction, we aim to help our partners stand out in a competitive market.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create a spreadsheet to show high level information on progress.
- Go through a minimum of 350 companies a month. (Some may beobsolete.)
- Update all transactions and customer requirements in the CRM systemdiligently.
- Proactively contact each operational LP from the list to introduce andoffer our packaging services, focusing on building strong, lastingbusiness relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our packagingsolutions to potential clients within the cannabis industry.
- Provide feedback and reports on sales activities, market trends, andpotential growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to stayinformed about new products and enhancements to our packaging solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; experience in the cannabis industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in entering and managing data within CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- A positive attitude, with a passion for the cannabis industry.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.What We Offer:
