We are looking for an experienced, professional, and customer focused **Property Administrator** to join and support our office team in Saint John, NB.

**What you will do**:

- Maintain files, produce correspondence, and monitor special projects;
- Provide general administrative support and coverage for reception duties: greet tenants, answer phones and redirect calls;
- Assist with preparing monthly reports; assist in organizing tenant or staff events;
- Other administrative duties as assigned.

**Who you are**:

- 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role; ability to think outside the box and take initiative;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word & Excel; familiarity with Yardi is considered an asset;
- Previous customer service, accounting and/or collections experience is considered an asset;
- Experience in the property management industry is considered an asset.
