**Job Description**:
As the General Manager of the Reversing Falls, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property's operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth. You will lead a dedicated team in delivering outstanding service across our fine restaurant, event spaces, theater, and rooftop observation deck.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee daily operations of all areas of the property, including the restaurant, event spaces, theater, and rooftop observation deck. Ensure smooth functioning, efficiency, and adherence to established standards.

2. Guest Experience: Champion a culture of excellence in guest service, ensuring that all visitors have memorable experiences that exceed their expectations. Foster a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere throughout the property.

3. Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for each area of the property, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Control costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

4. Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a diverse team of staff members across various departments. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and growth.

5. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, enhance the property's offerings, and capitalize on market opportunities. Identify new revenue streams and innovative ideas to stay competitive.

6. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract visitors and increase brand awareness. Utilize digital marketing channels and partnerships to reach target audiences effectively.

7. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance throughout the property. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

8. Community Engagement: Build positive relationships with the local community, tourism organizations, and other stakeholders. Participate in community events and initiatives to promote the Reversing Falls as a premier destination.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in hospitality management, with a focus on attractions, restaurants, or entertainment venues.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and P&L analysis.
- Knowledge of the local tourism industry and market trends.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
