**Description **The incumbent will be responsible for supervising Jonview Toronto's team of Tour Directors and will be responsible for performing all related administrative tasks. The Supervisor, TD Administration reports directly to the Manager, Group Operations.

The role oversees the operation of field operations to the full satisfaction of customers and market constraints. He/she must demonstrate strong leadership skills, as he/she directly supervises a large number of people during peak periods both in the office and on the road.

He/she works in close collaboration with the operations supervisor and the group coordinators. He/she maintains relationships with the accounting, payroll, and human resources departments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruitment, training, and management of the schedules of Tour Directors.
- Update the computer system for assignments and employee information, maintain the personal file of each Tour Director;
- Update Tour Director manual;
- Management of contracts, preparation of documents necessary for payroll, activations and deactivations in relation to human resources and the payroll department;
- Organization of the pre-season and post-season meetings;
- Management of tours on the road: delivery of files, return of files, review of client comments and Tour Director reports, expense accounts, return of money from optional activities, taking calls from Tour Directors in the event of problems and following up on problem resolution;
- Plan transportation logistics for Tour Directors to airports.

**Position Requirements**
- University degree in management or administration or tourism and/or relevant experience in the tourism industry;
- Knowledge of Canadian and United States tourist destinations;
- Experience in personnel management (team of 20 people or more), with a significant part of the team on the road;
- Knowledge of Ontario labour laws;
- Strong management and planning skills;
- Proficiency in French is an asset;
- Attention to detail, autonomy, ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and to carry out several projects at the same time;
- Ability to improve work methods that enhance the quality of the customer experience, maximize operations and productivity and limit costs;
- Ability to analyze and solve problems and deal with uncertainty;
