Job Overview:
**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Shift time: Part-time 12 Hours per week

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide administrative support to the CEO with various administrative duties
- Daily posting of entries into the accounting system providing daily cash flow updates
- Act in a full cycle accounting role including AP, AR, Bank/Credit Card/Prepaids
- Use of QuickBooks to keep track and make monthly, weekly, and C.O.D payments
- Monthly reconciliation of expenses and accounts, bookkeeping skills
- Analyze Data and create Reports and presentations.
- Using the company’s software to enter inventory data and process payments
- Be responsible for payroll processing, including not limited to; bi-weekly payroll, tracking vacation/sick pay, and benefit changes
- Prepare, calculate, remit, and reconcile all payroll source deductions, WSIB, EHT, DPSP/RRS
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
- Maintain workplace cleanliness, and keep files organized
- Report any problems to supervisor
- Other tasks supervisor assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Good computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office)
- QuickBooks Online Knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to read/write in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
- Organizing and planning skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Language**:

- Chinese (preferred)
