**Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Cloverdale - Assistant Studio Manager**
Oxygen Yoga and Fitness Cloverdale offers FAR Infrared yoga and fitness classes. By using state of the art FAR Infrared technology that raises the body’s core temperature in a natural, comfortable way without blowing dry air or humidity.

We are looking for an energetic, positive, outgoing, and organized leader to oversee our Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Cloverdale studio and continue to build the community.
The Assistant Studio Manager reports to the owner and is responsible for the studio's full successful operation and program success and growth. Responsibilities include membership sales, front desk coverage, hiring, staff management, facility management and the overall day-to-day studio management, as well as outside partnerships, and community outreach. Primary focus to execute our sales process for lead generation, follow up, and membership enrolment. The Assistant Studio Manager is also responsible for overseeing all volunteers, associates, instructor and contractors.
**Key Responsibilities Include**
As an Oxygen Cloverdale Supervisor/ Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all studio operations including sales, scheduling, human resources, administration, lead generation, customer service, action plans and membership retention.
- Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day studio operations
- Consistently reach monthly revenue and sales goals
- Front desk coverage
- Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service through both personal actions and the development of the front deck staff
- Inspire your Oxygen team through leading by examples and building a positive team spirit
- Train, schedule, and manage instructors and employees
- Recruit employee and new instructors to sub-list or permanent schedule
- Train instructors and front desk staff on the proper Oxygen Cloverdale procedures and policies regarding studio policies, tours, membership presentations, and sales tactics
- Manage, monitor, and evaluate the performance of all staff.
- Availability to respond to studio emergencies that may arise, cover front desk shifts as needed
- Drive communications and marketing efforts through social media
- Facilitate community collaboration at local businesses to increase studio exposure in the community
- Other duties as they may arise and relate to the business
**Required**
- 2+ years experience managing teams - experience in the fitness, retail, health & wellness or hospitality industry preferred
- 2+ years of sales experiences, be sales-oriented and have the ability to direct sales through company-required outreach programs
- Self-starter. Strong work ethic - ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, both independently and as a part of a collaborative team
- Calm, thoughtful and solution oriented under pressure
- Passion and proven ability to recruit, train, coach, develop and lead individuals and teams
- Ability to make effective decisions that balance all business considerations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and promoting client loyalty
- Strong administrative and computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Attention to detail, time management and organization
- Passionate about promoting wellness, fitness, yoga - a desire and ability to advocate for the Oxygen Yoga brand and help us expand our community of loyal members
- Experience using MindBody or similar software as a bonus
