Assistant Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager to join our vibrant Indian Fast Food Street Restaurant. The Assistant Manager will assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, maintaining the highest standards of customer service, and ensuring a smooth workflow. This role requires someone with excellent leadership abilities and a passion for delivering authentic Indian street food experiences to customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food prep, service, and cleanliness.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality service and team performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing complaints and resolving issues.
- Assist with cash handling, sales reports, and managing labor and food costs.
- Conduct inventory checks, place orders, and reduce waste to control expenses.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Help manage staff schedules, time-off requests, and shift coverage.
- Act as the point of contact for resolving operational issues in the manager’s absence.
**Certification**:Food safety Level 1 certification _(required)_
**Age: 27-30 years (Minimum)**
**Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience** in the restaurant Industry. Fast food Restaurant Experience is a bonus. _(required)_
